Residence Design

Residence is a modern theme. It is situated on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Zeidler and reside at 3500 square feet. The building was designed by Ehrlich Architects. With affordable housing with natural light, views and sea breeze-free, home owners manage interior and exterior space with very maximum. Every corner of the house made relatively flat with a bird’s-eye view. Tower ladder, a full-sized roof deck to accommodate various configurations entertain and provide a strong connection with the landscape and the views outside. Front page even combine Petanque court, the client’s favorite hobby. Separate rear structure is made between friends and family. For room space consists of three large bedrooms. Studio located on level two, which has a full kitchen and deck area with views out to sea. The two main structural frame with a beautiful yard lap pool and a built-in barbecue.
